We are always happy to change schedules and/or levels of care to meet the needs of our clients and their families. To maximize client satisfaction while keeping costs down, we request 24 hours’ notice to our office for schedule changes (increase or decrease). Please do not arrange for schedule changes with our caregivers, as these may not be communicated effectively and might result in unnecessary charges to you.

Minor service changes (such as adding transportation requests or more assistance with personal hygiene) can usually be accommodated nearly immediately. If you believe a major service change is in order, we may recommend a new, in-home assessment to reevaluate the situation to ensure appropriate caregiver matching and continuing excellence of care.
