What happens if the family or our loved one does not like or trust the caregiver?

Although we hire only caregivers with the highest ethical and moral standards, all of our caregivers are fully bonded to ensure a client’s and family’s material possessions are safe. Comfort and peace of mind about the quality of care and contentment of the client are also paramount. If a client or family is not satisfied with our choice of caregiver, we will replace that person, unequivocally.
