Kadan Homecare’s Human Resources staff conducts thorough local and national background and prior employment checks. Every potential member of our staff is thoroughly evaluated before hire and re-evaluated regularly based on his or her experience, education/training and enthusiasm for the job. Caregiver performance is monitored and evaluated on a regular basis and we provide ongoing training opportunities, as well, in addition to the two full days of training every caregiver receives before they start.

More than that, because Kadan is a small, family-run business, we move beyond the paper trails and automated processes common with mega-providers. Our management and human resources staff have years of people-assessment experience. They look for those special qualities that make caregivers not only professional but also considerate and kind.
